 After
opening last October, Prana Spa at The Villas has made its mark as
one of the world’s most extravagant spas. Situated
in Bali’s Seminyak, Prana has twelve exclusive villas – an
enclave of tranquility and privacy. There are seven one bedroom
villas, one two bedroom villa and five three bedroom villas, all
comprising a large swimming pool, sunbathing area, manicured gardens
and fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area.
The inspiration for the villas comes from the sumptuous palaces
built by the Mogul rulers in the 16th century, with the interiors
based on lavish furnishings, textiles, mosaics, paintings and carvings
found in the great palaces of India’s Maharajas.
The Prana Spa is just as surprising, pioneering a new type of
spa experience. There are 24 massage rooms, one hot and two
cold plunge pools, four rain shower massage rooms, two saunas and
three steam rooms as well as separate areas for reflexology and
beauty treatments. Prana also has a restaurant offering organic
Ayurveda and Indian food and an exclusive boutique.
