 The Villas Bali hotel and Spa began as the personal vision of artist
Jim Elliott. After building the first villa for himself, incorporating
traditional Balinese architecture with modern, western conveniences,
friends were soon asking him to do the same for them. As the ‘villa’ concept
evolved, Elliott’s simple idea quickly turned into a booming
business.
Elliott wanted to fashion a spa that challenged the minimalist
concept of the typical spa and created a ‘theatre’ for
services and treatments. Prana offers distinct and exotic
treatments such as Ayurvedic Prana Rebalance and Shirodara, all
enhanced by the lavish surroundings.
