Prana appoints new Spa Trainer

Prana has appointed a new spa trainer to oversee ongoing training and development of our therapists and to guide newly recruited staff through our intensive training programs.

Working with our two existing male trainers, Ririn Widarsih will ensure our 57 therapists remain among Asia 's most professional, dedicated and skilled.

Ririn comes to Prana from the Ritz-Carlton Bali Thalasso & Spa, where she worked for six years as a spa supervisor in charge of 63 therapists. Her responsibilities included staff scheduling, training and handling of VIP guests.

Ririn said she is looking forward to expanding her spa experience at Prana, where she will learn the therapeutic techniques and benefits of our Ayurvedic treatments while sharing her own knowledge of thalasso and water-based therapies.

“Prana is one of Bali 's most popular spas and I am proud to be joining the team here,” Ririn said.

“I have always admired Prana as an award-winning, guest-oriented spa, with a unique Moroccan-Indian design and world-class treatments including the Ayurvedic therapies, such as the Shirodara, which are new to me.

“One of the first things I've noticed at Prana is that all guests are considered VIP and give special attention from the reception area to the treatment room.”

All of Prana's new staff undergo intensive training of at least three months during which they are continually reviewed by our experienced trainers as well as external reviewers, to ensure they adhere to our high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction. Existing staff undergo refreshment training every six months.
