Prana creates gourmet dinner menus for Valentine's Day and Chinese New year


 

No special occasion is complete without fine food and fine wine, and Chef Made at the award-winning Prana Restaurant has designed a special three-course Valentine's Day menu, Chinese New Year menu and Nyepi menus to help you celebrate in true style.

Share an unforgettable romantic evening with your Valentine with a gourmet dinner featuring international cuisine paired with Australia 's Jacob's Creek wine. This special menu includes a delightfully tender Roasted Lamb Rack on Polenta Cake, a delicately-flavoured Pan-seared Tasmanian Salmon Marinated in Ponzu Sauce, and decadent sweet treats like Strawberry Pannacotta and Green Tea Tiramisu. The perfect finish to an intimate meal.

A modern Chinese menu has been created to mark Chinese New Year. The three-course dinner includes Jacob's Creek wine and traditional dishes like Sweet Corn & Crab Soup with Coriander Dumplings and Roast Duck with Chinese Fried Rice. For dessert, the sublime Wild Berry Wonton or Crème Brulee will see you through to midnight to celebrate the New Year.

Both menus are priced at just US40++ and also include freshly blended coffee or tea.

Traditional Indonesian menus have been created to celebrate Balinese New Year (Nyepi) in March. On this Day of Silence, treat your taste buds with the Rijstaffel dinner banquet comprising three courses of local favourites such as sate lilit and steamed Balinese chicken, and caramelized bananas for dessert. Accompanied by Jacob's Creek wine, this menu is priced at Rp230,000++. The three-course Nyepi set lunch includes Balinese seafood soup, coconut chicken curry and black rice pudding for dessert, and is priced at US$15++.
