The New Year is a time for new resolutions to change our lives for the better. They are not always easy to keep, which is why we have to make new ones every year! But Prana Spa is here to help you make that move towards greater wellbeing and personal happiness.

Prana toasts Nyepi
It's almost that time of year again, the most sacred event on the Balinese Hindu calendar: Nyepi, or Balinese New Year.

Retreat into Prana
and improve your wellbeing
Prana is proud to be hosting several retreats this year including a cleansing detoxification program and a yoga/Ayurveda retreat, which promise to reduce stress levels and increase spiritual and physical wellbeing.
First up, a Detox Retreat scheduled for May 24-31 is being held in association with Shunyata Retreats, to remove toxins, parasites and other waste from the bloodstream and cells of the body.
