Under the instruction of Lian Monley, a qualified C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach, this holistic nutrition, fitness and lifestyle program combines worldclass wellness philosophies with the ancient healing therapies of Prana Spa within the luxurious setting of The Villas Bali Hotel.
Incorporating an in-depth health appraisal, fitness and nutrition consultations, personal training, rejuvenating spa treatments and healthy cuisine, this program will teach you how to select the best foods to eat for your individual needs, how to balance your energy systems and body using simple stretches and exercises, and how to effectively manage the key lifestyle factors that most influence you. At the end of the six days, you will leave with a personal wellness map to allow you to take responsibility for your own body, mind and health.
The complete package includes:
- A 6 night/7 day stay at The Villas, enjoying the privacy and luxury of your own villa and pool to ensure the most complete rest and recovery from your fitness sessions;
- Healthy living consultations through fitness and nutrition;
- Lifestyle education and awareness;
- Fitness assessment and personalised program;
- Fitness classes each day focusing on core strength using balls and cables;
- 3 x Deep Tissue Massage treatments;
- 1 x Weight Loss treatment;
- 1 x Ultimate Chill reflexology treatment;
- 3 x Entrance into Canggu Club facilities (including gym and pool) with your group personal coach; and
- Daily healthy breakfast
The program is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is designed to be flexible and specifically tailored to individual needs. As such, you can alter the package above and add extra spa treatments and/or practitioner sessions such as Pilates, Sacral Cranial, Acupuncture, Yoga, Meditation etc. These will be scheduled into the program to suit your convenience, at additional cost.

A C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach is trained to closely evaluate your current nutritional habits, exercise program, stress levels, sleep patterns and more.
Together, you and your coach will map out a comprehensive, step by step plan that moves you towards optimal fitness, health and wellbeing, allowing you to feel more energetic, lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, achieve good health and a sense of overall wellbeing.
C.H.E.K Practitioners come from a varied background including fitness professionals, strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, podiatrists, athletic trainers and so on.
