Inspired by some of the most powerful herbal healing practices preserved in Native American traditions for 1000s of years, this 5 day program offers guide lines and supplements of the highest international standard, giving your body the best opportunity to cleanse & rejuvenate.

Mark Ament, a cleansing expert, raw food specialist and author of several health books has created a specific raw food menu for the program to ensure you will receive a professional cleansing diet based on fresh fruits and vegetables as well as yogurt, soups, stews and teas.
Mark will also be available to answer questions and give support, if needed during the program.
