Prana Spa Gold Card Loyalty Membership

We value your loyal support and look forward to welcoming you to our program and to Prana Spa. Your Gold Membership card comprises of many exclusive and valuable offers and in order for you to receive all available benefits, it is important that all aspects of your card discounts & offers are clarified. Benefits and guidelines are clearly set out on the front and back of the card with more detailed ones below - please take the time to read the following additional guidelines and benefits.

Terms and Conditions - Prana Spa Gold Card:

  • Full payment by cash or credit card must be made prior to receiving benefits or entitlements.

  • The Prana Spa Gold Card Loyalty Membership will entitle the member (as designated by the name and number embossed on the membership card) to unlimited spa visits at the discounted rate stated within Prana Spa (excluding Chill Reflexology). Not to be used in conjunction with gift vouchers, other promotions or discount vouchers. The membership card is not assignable to another person and any misuse or misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the membership.

  • Your Gold Card is valid until the expiry date shown on the card and must be presented on the day of service to redeem your discount or voucher entitlements.  Due to the exceptional value of the card, there will be no refunds on unused portions of the card.

  • To be eligible to purchase a Prana Spa Gold Card you must reside in Indonesia and be over 18 years old.

  • The card is not valid on special event days, promotions or for promotional menus / themes as determined by the Spa or property.  Special promotions / event days may include days such as public holidays, Mothers Day, Easter period, Christmas Day, Valentines Day and New Years Eve. 
     
  • Our cancellation policy applies to all cancellations and will be enforced.

  • Services and prices are subject to change without notification.
  • Bookings for all treatments are subject to availability and flexibility is required.

  • All benefits are available for use at Prana Spa and at no time are benefits redeemable for cash.

  • The 30% discount is off all full priced treatments & packages not valid on any specials or reduced price packages.

  • The 1 x 60 minute Signature body massage voucher, cannot be upgraded but can be used as part of a self made package. 

  • Your Birthday Bonus of one 45 minute massage voucher is to be used within one month of your actual birthday and is upgradeable to other packages or treatments if you wish. 

  • You have a discount of 25% off Prana Spa retail (Excluding Pevonia & Private Suite) and is not available on any retail items that are on special. 

  • You are able to purchase full priced treatments and receive a 20% discount on gift vouchers for the entire 12 months, you cannot use the 30% discount on a gift voucher.  

  • If you have 4 hours of paid massages within a calander month, we will give you a bonus voucher of another one (1) hour relaxation massage.

  • Bring up to eight (8) of your friends for spa treatments and receive the exclusive members benefit of a 30% discount for all of you, the card holder must be one of these eight people having a treatment.
  • Prana Spa takes no responsibility for lost or stolen membership cards and a replacement fee of US $25.00 will be applicable.
  • The card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and is not transferable.

  • No further discounts apply to Prana Spa Gold Card Loyalty members

  • All Villa accommodation is subject to space availability at the time of reservation.  These discounted promotional room rates may not be available during periods of high occupancy.  Please note allocations may fill quickly during special local events, holidays etc.

  • Please note that your Gold Card must be presented upon check-in at The Villas to obtain the discount rate.  If your gold card cannot be presented at time of check-in, the hotel has the right to charge accommodation at the room rack rate.  Hotels decisions are final in all aspects of interpreting these conditions.

  • The certificates are non-commissionable, have no cash value and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
