All the old favourites are still there, but the award-winning restaurant, recently declared “One of the best in Indonesia” by the esteemed Tattler magazine, has added a virtual banquet of new starters, soups, salads, pastas, pizzas, mains and vegetarian options, not to mention delectable desserts to complete every meal in style. The menu retains its international diversity, with the best of Asian and Western cuisine. Those who like the different combinations of flavours, textures and techniques used to create modern fusion food will be tempted by the Pork Stuffed with Dried Apricots and finished with a Vermouth tuna sauce, or the Tuna Cheviche comprising the freshest tuna sashimi topped with spicy jalapenos. For those who like their food hearty, simple, and simply good, there are classic dishes like the Aussie Burger and Hit-the-spot Club Sandwich, and meatlover choices like the lip-smacking Tex Mex BBQ Baby Back Ribs. A significantly expanded pasta and pizza menu serves all the classic Italian favourites. Vegetarians and aquatarians are well catered for with delectable new dishes such as Lime Fennel Tofu with Pilaf Rice, King Prawn and Vegetable Sushi, Vegetarian Pad Thai, a creamy Prawn Parfait with Mascarpone Cheese and Walnuts, and Pumpkin and Hazelnut Pesto Bites with Parmesan Polenta.
Our selection of healthy spa cuisine has also been expanded, with some delightful salads perfect for the tropical climate.
