Just a short email to thank you again for our wonderful stay! The Villas truly are beautiful and I recommend them at every opportunity I have as the premier place to stay in bali. I think I have now stayed at the villas 5 times over the last 5 years and the level of service and the quality of the villas is as good as my very first stay, no tired rooms or dated furnishings! The staff from the driver who met us at the airport , to the house keeps, pool cleaners, gardeners, front office, chefs and anyone I have missed...are a credit to the property! They do their daily jobs with such happiness and exchange pleasantries at every opportunity....the certainly add to the numerous special touches the villas have to offer.
Our experience at Chill was lovely, a real treat and I will do all I can once again to promote where possible!
I mentioned on the phone I have reccommend the property to some good friends who are honeymooners.
Bali really is such a unique destination...I first started to coming to Bali when I was 17....a long time ago and this trip was my 20th visit!!! Thank god I discovered the villas on my 15th!!!

I just wanted to thank you once again for all your help and to let you know what a great pleasure it was to stay at the Villa's. My friends including myself enjoyed our time there immensley as the Villa's met and exceeded all my expectations. You do not usually get that from most hotels.
The Villa itself is truly paradise and the staff were fantastic and helpful. I will definately recommend the Villas to all my family and friends including customers. My last 4 nights at the Nikko Nusa Dua could not compare to the Villa and I kept wishing that we spent those last 4 nights there instead.
