Prana launches celeb-favourite Pevonia Botanica facial rangePrana Spa, one of Bali’s leading wellbeing centers, is introducing a range of new, revolutionary facial treatments using the world's leading face, body and spa care line Pevonia Botanica. The partnership with Pevonia, renowned for affiliating itself with only the most elite spas in the world, makes Prana one of the first spas in Indonesia to use and sell this groundbreaking skincare line. The treatments and products – all of which are paraben-free – will be available at Prana from April 1, catering for both women and men. Prana is launching four new treatments based on Pevonia’s products and techniques: Pevonia’s Balancing Facial; Escutox and Caviar Luxe Facial; Men’s Revival Facial; and Eye Ritual. The products are customized for your skin type, using the finest marine botanical ingredients: The Pevonia Balancing Facial uses pure essential oils that have been blended with Hazel Nut Oil for their unparalleled ability to restore a healthy pH and hydrate the skin. The Escutox and Caviar Luxe Facial uses key anti-ageing ingredients – Russian caviar extract, pearl extract and escutox. Caviar is historically recognized for restoring cells and replenishing proteins for elasticity and firmness, while pearls were discovered by the Chinese as early as 4000 years ago to contain fibrous components very similar to collagen fibers. Escutox from the Okra flower is a natural, topical alternative to Botox, and relaxes and diminishes wrinkles and improves elasticity for a youthful glow. The Men’s Revival Facial uses propolis ampoule from poplar trees in France, renowned for their desensitizing, decongesting, antiseptic, natural antibiotic, strengthening (for capillaries), and circulation-boosting qualities. The micro-emulsion massage cream improves elasticity and helps heal scarring and prevent dead skin build-up. The Eye Ritual uses collagen cryo, a freeze-dried marine-based ampoule treatment to repair the effects of premature aging, sun exposure and environmental elements that strip your delicate eye area of its youthfulness and radiance. This 100% marine collagen smoothes away creepiness and wrinkles, while tightening your eye contour for youthful vibrant eyes. To complement these products, each treatment follows the most technologically advanced method. The three facials last for one-hour and include cleanser and alcohol-free toner; exfoliation; steam – during which the guest will receive a hand and arm massage; facial massage; cream mask, during which the guest will receive a soothing head massage; and eye gel/cream and moisturizer. The Eye Ritual is a 45-minute treatment that follows a similar method, but focuses on Pevonia’s de-stress eye technique.
