DAY 1: SPIRIT OF BALI
A popular two hour Indonesian beauty treatment. The treatment begins with hydrotherapy in Prana’s Hot and Cold Plunge Pools. Continue with a One Hour Prana Signature Relaxing massage using Balinese and Swedish Therapeutic techniques. Your skin is then exfoliated with a blend of  aromatic spices including Turmeric, Sandalwood, Ground Nuts and Rice Kernels. A Yoghurt Body Polish is applied to balance the PH and condition your skin. A beautiful Rose Petal and Frangipani flower bath concludes the treatment.

DAY 2: SHIRO DARA & HAIR CREAM BATH.
Enter the exotic world of Ayurvedic medicine and experience its most popular treatment, the one hour SHIRO DARA. This ancient Indian treatment begins with a soothing face and neck massage to calm the mind. This is followed by a warmed, medicated stream of oil continuously applied to the forehead for twenty minutes.
Finish your weekend with us in the salon and a one hour HAIR CREAM BATH. This one hour treatment will cleanse and deeply nourish your hair and includes a delightful shoulder, neck and arm massage.
